In this First step, We gather and identify the current problems after analyzing the client’s requirement and expectations. This is called the planning phase which ensures that you’re starting off on the right foot.
With the requirements in place, we start designing what the client’s requirement/solution will look like and how it will function. We’re not talking about aesthetics here but functionality and flow.
Whether we’re working in Agile sprints, building out an MVP, or using the more traditional waterfall method, the goal here is to stick to the SOW, avoid scope creep, and build a clean, efficient solution for the client.
During the software development, we’ll most likely be simultaneously testing until this stage, tracking, and fixing bugs. We always make sure not to ship buggy solutions to our clients.
Once the solution is certified and no bugs or errors are stated, then it is deployed. Then based on the assessment, we release the solution and make it available for the client to access as well.
When the client begins to use the constructed systems, real challenges and needs arise that must be addressed on a regular basis. Sometimes clients find bugs that were not detected in the testing phase. Our expert team of developers will always be there to solve the errors.
